I often go "Walk About" and spend time being with nature and the resonance of the land.......

During one of these walkabouts, I was on country, among the mountains...... I felt a presence, so I stopped a while and listened.
I then saw the face of an old man emerge from the mountain, he spoke in language, I could not understand this language yet I listened and I felt the language speak to me on deeper levels; beyond my minds comprehension...........

After returning home one month later, I experienced the language speak to me in English..... I put pen to paper to write it down as I experienced it.....

I then sang the song to my self for sometime before sharing it with others, I needed to sit with it and feel that I could hold with integrity; what had been offered to me.....

When singing Old Man Mountain I feel my Irish Ancestry from my Grandfathers line sing through and meet the song lines of my Grandmothers people.........
